This is a throwback video to our very first flip in 2018. We were CRAVING a way to get out of our corporate jobs and couldn't keep grinding in front of a desk, working for someone else.
We were not entirely sure of what we were doing but here we are, onto our 5th year of flipping and living our dream life where we can travel, spend time with our kids and nap every day if we want!
Looking back, this is definitely not our best work, but for sure we have continuously improved our process and design along the way!

In December 2019, we drove through a stunning neighborhood in North Austin and decided that we had to find ourselves a flip there. Within weeks, through Law of Attraction, we closed on a Spanish casita at $90k below asking price!
